Application

Production method: Tetrafluoroethanesulfonic acid (0.48 mmol) was gradually added to the reaction mixture generated above after para-ester-substituted aryne (0.50 mmol) and azobisisobutyronitrile (17.8 mg, 0.11 mmol) were dissolved in 1,2-dichloroethane (2 ml) in a dry reaction flask. At 80°C, the resultant reaction mixture was agitated for four hours. Following the completion of the reaction, the resulting reaction mixture was allowed to cool to room temperature before being supplemented with ethyl acetate and water. After separating the organic layer, brine-wash it. After adding anhydrous sodium sulfate, dry the organic layer. Empty the filtrate under vacuum to evaporate the solvent, then filter to remove the desiccant. A silica gel column chromatography can be used to separate and purify the residue that is left over. Acquire the desired product molecule.
