Application

2,4-二氟苯胺的叠氮化反应

Tert-butyl nitrite (2.58 mmol) was gradually added to a solution of 2,4-difluoroaniline (2.15 mmol) in anhydrous acetonitrile (8 ml) that had been allowed to cool to 0°C in an ice bath. into the agitated mixture, followed by the dropwise addition of azidotrimethylsilane (2.58 mmol) to the reaction mixture. For two hours, the resultant solution was swirled at room temperature. The reaction mixture was immediately concentrated under vacuum following the reaction. To get the desired product molecule, the resultant residue was separated and purified using silica gel chromatography (hexane).
