CAS No.:367-23-7

Application
The following procedures are utilized in the 1,2,4-trifluorobenzene preparation process: (1) Fluoroboric acid and 3,4-difluoroaniline react to form a salt, which subsequently reacts with sodium nitrite to form fluoroboric acid diazonium salt; (2) Fluoroboric acid Boric acid diazonium salt undergoes a high temperature and high pressure reaction at a temperature of 80-300°C to produce 1,2,4-trifluorobenzene without the use of solvents. Risky nitration reactions occur throughout the preparation process. Furthermore, adding fluorine to the purge of the upper meta location is challenging. Because 3,4-difluoroaniline preparation has a high refractive index, 1,2,4-trifluoroaniline synthesis is ultimately more expensive.
In this paper, 2,4-dinitrobenzene is used as the starting feed, and boric acid diazonium salt is prepared through dehydration and reduction, and the target compound 1,2,4-triphenyl is prepared by heating device. The synthesis reaction formula is as follows:
