Worker protective measures, protective equipment and emergency procedures:
1. It is recommended that emergency personnel wear portable respirators, anti-static clothing, and rubber and oil-resistant gloves.
2. It is prohibited to touch or cross the leaked material.
3. All equipment used during operation should be grounded.
4. Cut off the source of leakage as much as possible.
5. Eliminate all sources of ignition.
6. Demarcate a warning area based on the area affected by liquid flow, steam or dust diffusion, and evacuate irrelevant personnel to a safe area from the sidewind or upwind direction.
Environmental protection measures:
1. Contain leaked materials to avoid environmental pollution. Prevent spills from entering sewers, surface water and groundwater.2. Containment and removal methods of leaked chemicals and disposal materials used:
Small leaks: Collect leaking liquid in a sealable container if possible. Absorb with sand, activated carbon or other inert materials and transfer to a safe place. It is prohibited to flush into the sewer.
Large leakage: Build dikes or dig pits to contain the leakage. Seal drain pipes. Cover with foam to inhibit evaporation. Use an explosion-proof pump to transfer it to a tanker or a special collector, and recycle or transport it to a waste treatment site for disposal.
