2,4,5-trifluorophenyl acetic acid preparation In batches, add 10g x 3 solid dry ice under nitrogen protection to the reaction solution that contains 61g of the 2,4,5-trifluorobenzylmagnesium chloride that was produced in Example 1. Adjust the reaction temperature between 0°C and 15°C and add it every three hours. Once all of the dry ice has been added, adjust the temperature to between 0°C and 28°C and let it react for three to four hours. Next, gradually add the reaction solution dropwise to the ice-water mixture's 2mol/LHCl solution. Combine the organic layers and use 30g × 3 ethyl acetate to extract the aqueous phase from the Chemicalbook. 54g of crude 2,4,5-trifluorophenylacetic acid can be obtained by washing 40g×2 with saturated brine, drying the organic phase with anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtering, and then evaporating the filtered liquid until it is completely dry. 50.7g of 2,4,5-trifluorophenylacetic acid was obtained by recrystallizing the crude product of 2,4,5-trifluorophenylacetic acid with 140 mL of anhydrous methanol.
