Application
Lithium aluminum hydride was reduced to create 2,6-Difluorobenzylamine. The target compound can be verified using infrared, nuclear magnetic, and other analytical techniques, and the reaction is simple to conduct and has mild conditions.
Next, 2,6-difluorobenzyl alcohol can be prepared by reacting a Grignard reagent with 2,6-difluorobenzylamine. The specific steps are as follows:
1.In the presence of organic or inorganic solvents, add compound 2,6-difluorotoluene and hydrobromic acid, add hydrogen peroxide dropwise under light conditions, and react for 6 to 24 hours.
2.The reaction solution was washed with saturated sodium sulfite solution and water respectively, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and then the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure.
3.Compound 2,6-difluorobenzene bromide was obtained by silica gel column chromatography.
