Synthesis method：

(1) To create a tetrahydrofuran solution of diisopropylamine lithium, add n-butyllithium dropwise to the tetrahydrofuran solution of diisopropylamine at -55 to -50°C while nitrogen is protected; set aside;

(2) Lower the temperature to between -85 and 80°C. Then, while nitrogen is protecting the mixture, add the lithium diisopropylamide solution in tetrahydrofuran dropwise to the 1,3,5-trifluorobenzene solution in tetrahydrofuran. Once the addition is finished, maintain the mixture warm. Response time: 3 to 5 hours;

(3) Keep the reaction solution at -80 to 75 degrees Celsius for 50 to 70 minutes after adding dimethylformamide dropwise;

(4) Maintain the reaction solution at -5 to 0°C, add glacial acetic acid, water, and diluted hydrochloric acid in that order, bring the pH down to 1 to 2, agitate for 10 to 20 minutes after the addition is finished, and then obtain a crude product;

(5) The target product 2,4,6-trifluorobenzaldehyde is obtained by post-processing the crude product.
